Learn about the basic concepts of microeconomics, such as personal demand and supply, market balance and efficiency, and how to analyze the market balance of environmental resources as a public resource. And we're going to figure out why the market fails if there's external costs, such as pollution. Chapter three tries to make an economic analysis of various policy measures, such as regulations, financial benefits, subsidies, public interest and the excretion trade and how these methods work.
