Description

The book uses the idea of embracing basics of diet and health to help support the current development and social interest of food nutrition. A food nutritionist would be meaningful in his post-aggressive academic introductions to advanced learning, and in his quest for a proper diet that will enable him to maintain his health throughout his life unless he is a food nutritionist. The content of the textbook can be divided into two large sections. The general department deals with nutrition, diet and health relationships, and has eight sections of Korean diet and nutrition, including food and health, plant and health health, diet patterns, drinking, caffeine, smoking and health; obesity and obesity; cancer and nutrition. In the latter part, it dealt with the understanding of food, and divided it into six sections of food preparation, fermentation, food poisoning, functional food consumption, food consumption and food future technology.
