Im Jae-hong: General Administrative Law (26-1 semester, workbook included)

It has been five years since the New World Translation of the General Administrative Law was published. There was quite a lot of legislation over that period. It's hard to tell. The establishment of the Law of Administrative Basics in particular is a plan that has been laid across the whole of the general administrative law. Many other laws have been revised, including the Administrative Methods. So this revision has changed so much that it's almost full-scale. The textbook was written to help students at the Korean Communications University understand administrative law. It's not a deep academic approach, it's an easy way to understand our administrative laws. We hope that this will be done. Administrative law is a difficult subject. It's because of the vastness and complexity of the administrative system. There are numerous statutes, and the rules are added. So systematic understanding is more important than anything else. I want to emphasize that multimedia classes are a necessary part of systematic understanding. Administrative law is basically public service. Unlike the individual in civil society who pursues a private interest, it is a third party's work on government of the state seeking public interest. It is the common good that is required to maintain the community. I recommend the idea of public interest and administrative law.
