The option to actively accept foreigners who are introduced to Korea and the methods of improving birthrates by the age of birth is inevitable. We have named it "The Multicultural Society.". The slogan ‘one people ’ in our country that has always been followed by Dan, now feels like an awkward word, as if it were wearing the wrong outfit. Not only has the influx of migrant workers increased, but more and more foreigners have moved into our country, becoming multicultural communities. But for a long time, the South Korean nation, living under the belief of being a single people, has been changing into multicultural societies, causing many social problems. So the need for wisdom in analyzing and solving the problems is on the horizon, and multicultural education is being needed for the entire population. The goal of multicultural education is to be divided into the aspects of national human resources management and individual identity. The goal of multicultural education in terms of national human resources is to dig and educate people so that we can improve our social development, and the goal of each one is to ensure that members of multi-cultural families also have the right to pursue their own human rights and happiness. The book is made up of three main sections. In Part 1, the theoretical background of multicultural society is the development of multi-cultural societies in Part 2 and the policy of national multicracy, and the education of multiculture in Part 3. Ultimately, it focused on everyone living in a multicultural society who adapted to multic culture and lived happily as a member of society without a major conflict.
