Description

The textbook wrote to students that it was easier, with intimacy, to study biochemicals. The latest information was particularly brief and systematic. Most of all, it's written to experience and interest the biochemical phenomenon. The composition of the biochemist laboratory, which is basically the basic experiments that we need to deal with in the first chapter, made it easy to handle the materials around us. In two chapters, most biomolecular molecules (such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and natural substances) were divided into different parts of the experiment, and particularly were given a chance to access materials such as lecitin and pinnitol, which are known as the most important photonological material. In three chapters, we were able to extract and analyze important components of the biochemical metabolism. The subject has been asked to explore ways to analyze the process of decoding the peppers, such as capcicin, a functional material. In four chapters, we have organized the clinical pathological data, including urine analysis, liver function, and kidney testing, which are part of the field of medicine to be understood and understood. Chapter five, we have designed to understand that the reactivity mechanisms associated with biochemicals are important to our food life. By experiencing the development of major fermented products: bounch, yogurt, vinegar, intestinal (megas, liver, cassaurs, etc.), and royality using yeast, we have developed scientific thinking and wisdom and made it interesting to experience these biochemical reactions.
