Description

Our daily lives are in conflict. In particular, schools and classrooms are. There's a big, little conflict all day, and the teacher is busy intercommunizing it. It's becoming harder and harder to mediate and resolve conflicts than to teach. Our minds are wide enough to cover the universe, but when we narrow it down, we narrow enough to have no place to stick a needle in. Conflicts can also leave a deep scar on the mind. There is a need for healing and recovery of the conflict, the way you can solve conflict wisely, the student and the teacher. This book was written for teachers who were suffering from all kinds of conflicts. The author's message is that you can talk about conflicts without a particular strategy or technique. The book focused on the philosophical basis of Waldorf and rehabilitation education, seeking practical solutions to conflict resolution. First, let's start with what conflict is. We looked at exactly what the concept of conflict is and how to approach it to find healthy solutions. We then came to a fundamental approach to the human science of Waldorf education, which is understanding our minds that cause conflict, and differences in human development and temperament, sensory difficulties, and so on. On the basis of cognitive humanology, we've dealt with non-violence dialogues, rehabilitation meetings and trust circles in ways that are correct. And as we explored the meaning of the restoration definition, we wanted to show what the ultimate pursuit of a rehabilitation education was. Finally, we introduce meditation and cognitive vision to heal a sick society that can heal itself.

The reality is that mediating and solving conflicts is becoming harder than teaching. [Seth] Can we talk about the Sixth Side conflict? You can make conflict a learning ground. We need a shift of perspective. School is a place of growth. It grows every time you overcome conflict. A child is a young person with an independent self. Then you're self-interested until you grow up. They grow through conflict. There is a structural contradiction in the classroom that can be essentially a trigger for
