This book was created by Korean educators and teachers who were involved in Hoi's activities. We believe that commitment to the teacher's own growth and change will create learning for the student, ultimately changing schools, communities and societies. Korean society also believes that there is a way to learn the emotional nature of teachers and strives to do this in everyday life. The various tensions and conflicts that arise in the name of education are solved by revolutionary dialogue between the actors involved in the conflict, so we don't want to overlook scenes of different views around us discussing the world's educational problems.
