Wonkwang University Institute for Sino-Korean Relations et al.: The Challenges and Limitations of China Dreaming of Global Hegemony
In 2021, in the midst of the spread of Corona 19, the government of Biden launched in the United States. The violent U.S. and China have been in a state of shock for a while over the past year, and China has just ended up in 100 years with Communist Party's first laps, focusing more on domestic issues. In 1978, Deng Schaoping, along with China’s liberal opening, set two hundred-year goals for the construction of the National Socialization of Socialism, and it was in 2021 that he ended his first 100-year goal. China planned to build a small-scale community called the Secondaryary Social Security, by 2021, which is 100 weeks of Communist Party's reign. In March 2022, the Chinese Prime Minister Rickerg has officially declared in the National People's Conference report: “The entire small-scale social project has been completed.". But looking back in 2021, the domestic and international challenges surrounding China were solved without any solutions. After his office, President Biden will rally the powers of the Allies to join the summit of G7,D, and ng. diplomatically. The problem of China's military coup, the conflict with Australia, and so on, has been constantly tested on the role of China as a global license. There was no room for improvement in the relationship as it was stagnant. Rather, in culture and history, the emotional half-station between the two nations was deepening. Meanwhile, China's domestic problems were more complex in 2021.
