The source is an eightth research document of the project "Separate the North Asian Dam as a Foundation for Social Happiness in Northern Georgia" by HK+. The paper sought a way to find a way of understanding the cross-interpretation of history in this undisclosed history of the structure of the Cold War and the end of the cold war. In northeast Asia, the Cold War system itself does not exist and cannot exist. The face and the dynamics of the Cold War vary from one region to another, from country to country, from society to sector and from situation to situation where it has collapsed and become melting and hardened. Thus, the book reviews the cynic fixation helps North-norea countries build a historical foundation for understanding each other's realities and desires. At the same time, the search for the gap between the cyclic adherence and the internalization of the cultural resonation, as it reminds us that there is a place between the strong ideology and the response of culture, creates a cultural point where the East Koreans can be able to bond. Also, the analysis of the subject of peace discourses, which fit the one-sized universality, should remind us of the importance of relations and dynamics between the Cold War and the East Koreans in the so-called 'Northeastern Socialism' debate. Now, Northern Korea stands in the middle of the tension that the Cold War has caused when it cannot push the Cold war into a full historical territory. The ‘two Cold War ’ or ‘Cold War’ may be pointing forward to the new internal trials and violence that North Korea will have to endure.
