A book that explains from a scientific perspective all of the stresses that make people sick, like the book on the cover.
I was listening to the audio book and I bought it because I liked the content so much. I like the cover more, with the title "The Ébras and the Original Book.".
A book on stress that is scientifically easy to understand for A to Z. And it became a lot of understanding and study.
In the beginning, stress response was to use the body's internal organs to make sure that they could be quickly escaped from the enemy in such an emergency as facing an enemy.
I ordered it at the end of March and now I'm going to rip it off, and when the book came in and I got my new book, the sulcher was so kind of sad, I had to look at it so I just looked at it! It's not easy, but it's good.
It's a very heavy and overwhelming burden, but it's really a powerful book, and if you read it, you can have a very pleasant and poisonous history of brain science.
