Description

Lycholo Wedachce, 1243-1320, had a theological debate with the East Syrian during his stay in Baghdad and concentrated on the Koran and Islamic theology. The script, which was conceived and written during this period, is his best work on Islamic perception of medieval Europeans, providing important historical basis for judging Islam from the Christian point of view. He is reading the original Arabic text of the Koran, proving Christianity's superiority through the objective and mutual comparison of Islam and Christianity. Later, the Reformer Luther translated his original volume into German in 1542 and published it under the title of Tunguran tint. The script is not a public opinion on Islam, but a self-inflicted judgment based on knowledge that has been taught directly to contain the original text of the Koran in Arabic, it is a form of Christian doctrine which has as much objectified and organized as possible the critical perception of Islam based on the traditions of medieval Skola theology. The critical argument for Islam he attempted in this letter is providing the basic framework of Christian Islam recognition and criticism today. Further, it provides an important example of the Middle Eastern civilization's intermediaries of Islamic and Muslim Islam in the Middle East during the Pax Montgolica era, and it will provide important text material for the study of Christian-Islam history in terms of historical history.
