For my child who is about to start elementary school, there was more text and a wider variety of genres than in the Fundamentals volume, so at first they said they didn't want to do it and wondered how they were supposed to manage on their own. After working through it a few times, though, they're nearly finished now and can read and answer the questions by themselves in about five minutes, I think~
