Medicinal Chemistry Editorial Committee: Medicinal chemistry
The new direction of medicine chemistry was also set by the opening of the 2004 revision of the development and structure-active relationship of drug products in the first edition of 2001, which focused on drug development. In 2011, the Third revision set out to supplement the new curriculum with the clinical capacity to use drugs, not only for the drug development skills, but also for the chemical structure of the drug. The fourth edition of '14, which has been revised, has been able to focus 17 and 27 missing chapters, sharing the basic educational purpose of the Third Edition. In the 5th revision of '20, the coverage of major drugs supplemented their development, metabolic chemistry and interaction with receptors. The Sixth revision of 2019 added some drugs that have the chemical importance of the recently approved drug and strengthened the drug-chemical component of existing content. We have adjusted the chapter order of 5371, especially to ease our understanding of the basic concepts of medicine chemistry. This time, the 7th revision of medicine has expanded the content of the NTV in five sections of the original four chapters to help us understand the latest trend in drug development, especially before new operations. The individual drug part of the disease-related chemical system has also adjusted the composition of the chapter to a logical flow, and has recently been trying to provide the latest knowledge by adding recently approved drugs.
