Pharmaceutical synthesis et al.: Pharmaceutical Synthesis Medicinal Chemistry Experiment
In the course of drug education, medicine synthetics and medicine are subjects that deal with medicine based on chemistry. The two subjects are also used in the six-year curriculum as “drug design and synthetic” among the various academic fields. This is a lecture on the study of drug synthetics and pharmaceutical chemistry of drug abuse. The Association for Drug Abuse and Drug Abuse's Apothecary has written a study of the subject, not only through the theory of drug synthetics and pharmaceuticals to improve scientific research and adapt to drug development, but also through actual practice. This textbook has been revised in 2003, experimental organic medicine chemistry, and 2013, to the beginning of six years of intensive abuse integration. The textbook was eager to contain the tests on unit reactions and drug synthesis, based on the original textbook. Adding experimental content to the drug chemistry is the biggest change in the textbook. The writing began with the need for experimental textbooks and experimental content on medicine and was taken in the first step toward a better practical content. The unit response deals with the basic organic-level reactions, and even the latest ones used in drug synthesis. In particular, in 2010 and 2022, the Nobel Prize-winning Szuki response and click response were added and the addition of solid-based peptide synthetics. The drug synthetics deal with eight drugs (mibrock Sol, fluline, Nifedin, Cerecoccis, Phenobarbital, sildenapyl, sorafen, and Lidocain) and give a detailed description of the practice of the drug's performance through multi-step response.
