Lee Yang-gyu: Water and Wastewater Engineering
A water-sharing country means that if you divide the amount of water that is spilled into the stream by the population, you'll have less than a hundred and one meter per person of renewable water. The standard for dividing the water supply per capita is that the famine nation is less than 1,000 m3, the water-sharing state is 1,0001,700 m3 and the water rich country is over 700 m3. This is the case with the International Institute for Population Activity, which is less than 700 m3, which corresponds to the water-striking national army. Also, the central water system is defined as legal terms in law enforcement on December 14, 1991, under the Law on Responsive and Support, Article 4, 3, which provides a clean supply of tanks for the roof to be used for living, for poaching and industrial purposes, so that we can have more water to meet the needs of the future. But still, the perception of water is not "to spend more, save more" but to use it as something most precious to mankind. The water is saved only when it's recognized.
