Description

The Constitution of the corporation, which was pre-programmed by the courts of the Constitution, is not specific, as is the case with other sub-declarations. This is true not only in our country but also in the world. In the case of the Constitution, the role and effort of the constitutionalist and the constitutionalists are very important. Since overindulging laws, which are created by such efforts, act as a basis for legal and unconstitutional rule, building concrete laws of the overinhibited principle is not like the Constitution 'Construction' that creates new issues in Article 37 of the Second Amendment. There are a lot of studies around the world on over-forbidden principles, and there are numerous precedents. The book was designed to show how over-forbidden principles can be effectively applied based on recognition of the importance and value of over-documented principles. The first chapter of the series has a glimpse into how the unconventional cure for over-forbidden principles spreads around the world, and what is the situation of Canada and South Korea that provides us with less evidence of over-prescribed principles applying experience. Then, in chapter two, we go into the theory of how over-forbidulging principles are organized and how they work in terms of law. Chapter three discusses a series of representative precedents as to how the Constitutional judges of the United States and South Korea's Constitution actually applied over-forbidulating principles in terms of justice.
