Lee Jeong-ho: Constitutionalism
The book, inspired by the re-discovering of the modern basic laws of the year, which was published in the intersection of traditional and modern laws, is an attempt to discover the impact and meaning of our constitution in everyday life, based on the important historical fact that our Constitution passed 100 years after its first revision in 1919. In terms of traditional legislation, the modern nation of Chosun ruled over 500 years with its own basic code from the beginning of the year to the very end of the age. Chosun was a legal country and at the same time a government. The late 'Nedgeb' had constitutional nature binding powers in the Omnipotence of the Law Act, a charter that was to be the prototype of the National Proclamation Charter of Peoples 24 years later, 1919. Congressman from the 1948 Revolutionary Revolutionary Commission has a sense of ‘ rebuilding ’ the nation’s nation of 1919 rather than ‘ building ’ it, and leaving it in a speciality of the Constitution of 1948 is one of the most important facts in modern history.
