I was wondering how to get the evaluations that would help students grow up, and I met this book. The national level of evaluation seems to be filling students with academic injuries. I wanted to see if there could be a really growing evaluation of students, not a killer presence that would put them in trouble. But then, after reading this book, there was a great example and philosophy of what Backward design is, how feedback can be reflected in evaluation programs, and how to make growth
Lee Hyung-bin et al.: Growth-focused evaluation designed backward and perfected through feedback
The author defines the growth-based evaluation as "recitation that provides opportunities and help to make sure that students have potential and possibilities and that it is real.". This requires systematic help through the teacher's loving observation and feedback, and effort as a tool to get all students to reach their goal through re-project, and this process must be organized through the Rubrick. The book presents a method that specifically brings about the development of "growth-center evaluation": "Fideback" and "Re-project," and "Lubrick" in Arthur's development.
