The revision, like the first edition, has kept the concept of safety and development trends, care of patient security in the second field of medicine, and the third part of the work in improving the safety of patients. Part 1 introduces the concept of patient safety and briefly outlines the development of patient security systems and policies in the country and elsewhere. Part 2 deals with the main areas of patient safety: the access to patient safety and improvements, and the revision adds three chapters to patient security in intensive care, emergency care, anesthesia and real-time. Part 3 deals with major issues of patient safety, whether in the field of care or at a social level, and the revisions have created two new chapters dealing with teamwork and patient safety research.
