I recommend this as a textbook for the major.
I read a little bit of the first chapter, and even as a non-major in urban administration, I found it easy to read. I bought this because I felt that major-specific textbooks like this explain concepts better than the basic texts included in workbooks. I'm glad I bought it at such a low price.
