Kim Jae-gi et al.: Korean Personnel Administration

The intent of writing is to publish “a basic, simple, and subtle explanation of the vast and difficult human administration courses” as the first edition showed. The revisions, in turn, have provided a complete set of synopsis to help us understand human rights administration in a systematic way, and to maintain the standard system of the main considerations of each subject. Summarizing the main features of the revision, we read:. First, recent changes in legislation and theology, all of which reflect the altered organization and institutions and as much as possible the new theories and research trends. Second, the new greeting innovations and civil servants sorting, public ethics, disciplines and hearing systems were particularly circumspect and revised according to the revision of the legislation. Third, the national high school trials were supplemented by the recent 2022. Fourth, I am correcting the defector by modifying parts of the narrative that are partially difficult to understand.
