Kim Hyun-chul: Constitutional Law Case Practice

This book consists of three chapters. The First Chapter, legalizing each constitutional case, gives the Constitutional Court's unconstitutional opinion on the court's trial, and the Third Chapter presents the case and comments with a score. So students would do well to study first and second chapters and then solve the third case. Case number one (four pages) is a full-point attorney test. But what's written on comments and ratings is that they're detailed to help students understand, so they should sum up the answer in chapter one. The third case is not in the order of the constitutional fundamentals or the preconstitutional jury nor in the way it was set out in chapter two, so students would do well to refer to the 'Browsing' section in the back of the book. I hope this book will be of practical help to students at law school, or to students on the law school campus, or the vets preparing for a lawyer's test.
