Kim Cheol-su: Research on Korean Constitutional Law: Edited by Kim Cheol-su
2019 is the 71th anniversary of the year that was instituted. The Constitution of the Republic of Korea, which was decided on July 17, 1948, is the beginning of our nation's modern constitutionalist constitution. Meanwhile, South Korea's constitutional studies have made remarkable progress. In those early days, only a few scholars had studied constitutional studies and had not been very conflicted with the theory. But now there are a lot of scholars committed to research, and theories have varied. South Korean constitutional studies are a collection of 30 years of research on the development of constitutional science. The paper was published in Korean Academy of Nationals, and has been difficult for the public to access. A member of the Korean National Academy of Sciences and two outside experts were included in the authorship, and an honorary professor at East Asian University, Kim Yee-hun, was responsible for the book's publishing and writing, until correction. Professor Kim Chul-soo, professor of honor and a member of the Korean National Academy of Schools at Seoul University, has taken over as his assistant. The book will be the only author in the study of Korean Constitutional History. Constitutional researcher and law-based law student, a student of law, are encouraged to read Korean constitutional studies that can be seen in the history of Korean constitutional research.
