Jeong Mun-ja et al.: Understanding Child Counseling
It is not easy to say positive things about how much our social environment today respects children and supports and promotes optimal development. The low birthrate has become a premature birth society, parental parenting anxiety is still high, and even the sad situation of the child's survival threatened in various circumstances. The development and growth of children is not achieved in vacuum. The role of adults and societies that should protect and support children and development is very important because parents, families and communities should be guaranteed to care, respect, protection and commitment. The book was re-made with three and 13 copies. Part 1 deals with concepts and needs and in theory presents psychoanalysis, analysis, behaviorism, human-centered family counseling. Part 2 dealt with child counseling, reception counseling and psychological evaluations, case conceptualization and counseling. Part 3 presented child counseling models and, in fact, play therapy, sand game therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and solving short-term care. I think it means something in the sense that it provides theoretical or practical basis for those interested in child counseling. It is hoped that parents, both infants and children, will have the opportunity to broaden their understanding of their children, their knowledge of parenting and their perspectives.
