I highly recommend this book as an introduction because it is in C major without sharps or flats and covers everything needed for the clarinet without being overwhelming.
Jang Hye-jin: Clarinet Class 1
“Clarinet Classroom” Volume 1. This is a textbook designed to help more people learn the clarinet, which is often more difficult to approach than the flute, more easily. It is structured so that instead of simply learning techniques, once you learn a fingering, you can practice that technique sufficiently and then perfectly master a new fingering through appropriate pieces.
