Religion is considered true of the common people, false to the wise, useful to rulers.
It's a translation, so it's too vague to be used as a text and reference material that doesn't read. Is it a book that's not worth money? There is a meaning in it, though, by being patient and careful. Is the sentence of Shinino Namami too well-known?
