I've been interested in Egyptian history and religious culture.
I was a layman of Egypt's history, and that gave me a basic knowledge of all of Egypt’s history. And I also developed a interest in Middle Eastern history.
It's a book that gives you an overview of the entire history of Egypt. I recommend it to those of you who need a basic understanding of the area.
It's generally seen as a good book for entering Egypt's history. But you can see that Egypt is a long place in the middle of history, and some of the neat chapters might have been more space-spaced. And it's also the 2023 revision, and I hope that there's no updates. I'm afraid that information from other countries, such as population, is explained by the late '90s, or that Egypt has been virtually unknown since the 2000s, but I think it's a good responsibility as an open document.
