Im Eun-mi: Child Observation and Behavioral Research
Education is not too much to say that it comes from observation. Especially in the education of children still in development, it is important to have a deeper understanding and action that is sophisticated for them to speak language about their thoughts and feelings. Observing in child life, play and activity at the whole time helps us understand the interest and development of children and can help us to plan educational support based on this. Especially with the application of reformed Internet, the teacher's capacity to observe children playing and study child behavior has become more important as infant play plays take on the weight of the curriculum. The play-based curriculum requires that teachers not plan their education beforehand, and so plan proper educational support while observing child play, and therefore apply the revision process so that they can perform the research on proper child observation and child behavior. The behavior of children in particular, while positive and stimulating, is negative and may be reduced, so that more profound research on child behavior can be made based on information received from the child. The teacher who is capable of conducting the study of child behavior can, on the basis of good conduct, be able to explore the causes of certain behaviors in children, appropriate educational prescriptions, and so forth. The more the causes of child behavior are diagnosed, the more specific and systematic procedures and prescriptions that teachers can provide for educational support. The early teacher is a teaching expert with two tasks: education and research.
