Nowadays, our society is interested in the well-being of our individual lives. Infancy is a critical time for human development, a time when the physical and mental health are built on important foundations. The health of one individual is associated with the health and well-being of the human family, society, nation, and health of the infant needs to be emphasized in that it is directly connected to the healthy lives of adults. In addition, the role of teachers in child education and infant care laws, as well as in reformation, is becoming more important as children stay in institutions and are responsible for their health and safety. The World Health Organization (WHO) has specifically highlighted media safety in the late May 2019, when it recognizes that ‘game-use disorder ’ is a mental health disorder and presents smart phone guidelines to address the trend of choosing to run a new disease code. The third edition has added a new version of the standard parenting and revision of infant health education to the change in child education.
