Some parts are a little hard to understand, but considering Murakami’s overall themes, I understood it as the story of a shining boy who is truly saved through an old man’s spiritual adventure to rescue a boy who has been cursed.
Murakami’s books leave me feeling warm after I read them. Once I finish a book, I can fully feel how much he cares about his readers.
