Gyeong Eung-su: Intellectual Property Intangible Asset Valuation Practices
The value analysis of the unknown, such as knowledge property, cannot be achieved by just the financial balance. Recent levels of patents, brands and other values of knowledge property and royalties have been more important. Especially has the case of licenses, gang ventures, M&A and a bill for rights violations been raised that demand international knowledge property and evaluations of royalties. This book was written with the following intention in this context:. First, the country still lacks standard knowledge property value and use-value model for international accounting and international evaluations. The situation is that each evaluation system itself is being evaluated by the NOH or the different values. The book presented the international patents, brands, vends, sales rights, and royalties as a result of the ratings on the R4S methodology. Second, the revisions reflect on the growing reality of knowledge property royalty ratings and explain particularly the real-life example of royality's evaluation methods. As the trade in licenses, such as brands, grows, the value of knowledge property is not unrecognizable, but the price of the use rate. The use price is also given in the Royalty evaluations to contribute to the value of the balance. Third, it has been used as a graduate-level textbook on how to evaluate knowledge property in terms of international evaluations, or as an uninviting value-to-valued strategy guide for the general corporate knowledge and property managers.
