A must-have book. Most Tibetan books are user-friendly, even down to the text itself. They are informative with many illustrations and photographs. A book I want to read again and again.

Thank you for the fast delivery. Although I am still reading the preface, it is the best book for cultivating the mind.

This is the second book I have read about Tibetan Buddhism, following the previous one. Milarepa's verse in the preface is moving. Having become accustomed to understanding the meaning of silence, I have forgotten the meaning of words and phrases.

Although I do not remember the exact title now, there is also an abridged version written by Lee Kyung-sook and published by Bulil Publishing. I still cannot forget the deep emotion I felt when I first read this book. Is it truly possible for a human
