Choi Hye-mi et al.: 21st Century Dietary Management
Food management needs to be increased as the consumption of foreign foods and other kinds steadily increases, proving that chronic illnesses are closely related to diet. The book, along with a food nutrition study of over 20 years, is written by the author of a study of diet management, which has been inadequate in literature and a study on diet to maintain optimal health. The new national health release in 1998 was based on nutrition surveys and a seventh-part Korean nutritional recommendation. The nutritional standards for Koreans were revised in 2004 and the National Foods Guide to Koreans, which was published in 2010, were released in April 2021. It was followed by six editions of the paper, hoping that it would help to improve the efficiency of the household diet. It may help students studying food nutrition, nutritionists at the front line of diet management, and family diet administrators.
