C. M. Martini: Meditation on the Gospel of Matthew
This is the course of the spirit discipline through the Gospel of Matthew, led by Cardinal Martini. We face words in the atmosphere of prayer, and we see who the God through Jesus really is and lead us into a full-grown faith. Cardinal Martini is a meditation book that has been written by the Cardinal Martine to conduct the Spirit diocesan courses on representatives of the Italian Association for Religious Disappointing in Sardinia in 1977. Cardinal Martini especially directs us to the Pasca mystery, which is a deep participation in the Lord’s mercy and death and the mystery of the Resurrection, and presents the Gospel of Matthew with a text that develops from a church standpoint. Matthew’s Gospel is called the Gospel of a catechist or of a church, and after being baptized it teaches how to live in a church. And looking at Matthew’s Gospel as the 'The Doctrine of the Kingdom of God', he explains that Matthew is very interested in raising Christians in life inside the church and in its community. Among the first ‘ series of Biblical Meditations ’ that was published in Marco’s Gospel, a revised edition of the famous Bible scholar and translator of the Jesuit Cardinal Martini (19272012). The entire text of the Bible was replaced with the '32' Bible (in context, it literally) and has been coined into terms and sentences, and has helped to understand by placing comments and editors along the main text of a revision.
