Description

‘ I Can See the School of Innovation! The first time in the first five years of my teaching career, I met four other people who had received the first instructional draft at Seoul after a long study of the experience, disposition, and teaching courses that each had lived through innovation schools. I don't know what the age-of-innovation school means, or the big philosophy and the big meaning, but it was actually an innovation school. The four men who had spent the days of a new and difficult and insane new teacher were, surprisingly, soon enjoying school. I became a teacher, more than just a school I wanted to be, or a school that I wanted out of, and I loved school. The four felt that the first time they lived as new teachers in their first school, they were constantly sharing what they had learned, tried and failed, and succeeded little by little, and that the Suddar who had been together all day long was a big part of life. The stories that began to be heard as being so often thought of as hard and exhausting ended with ‘ kids, ’ ‘ school is so bad, ’ and ‘ school’s so good, ’ but ‘ teacher is fun. ’. And so far, after moving to school, we've been getting new stimulations in each other's school stories and finding ways and continuing to the many times. The four say the experience of the first school that made them wonder what schools should be doing, what classes and what classes should be for, how to get along with their future teaching career has become a big turning point in their teaching life. And then, in another school, we're growing into senior teachers.
