This book contains the questions from the second round of the Level 5 (Technical) Civil Service Open Recruitment Examination (2005–2015), includes supplementary questions, and describes the related basic theories and solution processes. The Level 5 (Technical) Civil Service Examination was formerly known as the Higher Administrative Examination (Technical) and was one of the most difficult exams, alongside the Judicial Examination.
