The book of Hanby, a leading scholar of the law, is one of the most progressive and realistic political ideas of the time of the springing American era, so influential that it is the origin of ruling by the Chinese monarchs. One non-conventional theory highlights, among other things, the 'central regime' of the 'right law' which reflects the fierce political struggles and complex societies of the day. The book first looked back at the beginning and settlement of ancient Chinese law and summarized the cores of legal ideas that were re-organized by Hanby.
