A coffee textbook in review? I bought it once, and I love the fact that even if you're not a beginner, you can get enough information to bring it in. And especially, the SMS like me was very helpful. So we're going to take the part that we don't understand in class. I'd prefer to buy some of the more different books, such as Bruing and Chillies, but I don't think there's any other book in the whole stream of coffee!
I'll read the book and study the coffee when I want to know about it.
