Town-Panchi-Zin 20122022 is a book written by a combined contextual and collective collection of experiences that author has had on the scene in Seoul City's innovations from the Fifth to the 7th of the civil election. The authors have detailed, specific, and vivid records of the course of the towns, fjords and self-controls that were being promoted to build a ‘Citizens' based on grass. The era of civil rights, self-interest, has come when citizens have to take the lead to solve problems.
