The subject story was made up of 20 verses. The preceding four verses are about why subjects are in trouble, what the utility of their subjects is, and the story of 'em unfolds in earnest. The title of verse 5 was "The Public" and dealt with the common public. From verse 6 to verse 20 are what are called ‘ tax collectors ’ except for the 18th verse. Nationalism, adventures, rights, freedoms, self-interest, progress, self - sovereignty, social integration, economic activity, willpower, duty, civil service, political ability, and so forth.
