I think it's a good book for you as a Catholic. I've read a lot of books about prayer, but I haven't given them the same specifics as this one. I'll just repeat it over and over again.

This book provides a pleasant answer to the prayers of the faithful in general by giving them a simple, kind voice from specific experiences about what is prayer, how should we pray, and why should we be praying. Especially the prayer of the author who is a priest of the Salesio Order and who spends his busy life with the poor, and who is particularly specific and persuasive to all of these busy people.
