Yang Ho-jin et al.: Sinabro 9

These are poems imbued with the sensibility hidden deep within the protrusions of new sprouts emerging from behind scars. As the Yeongnam Writers Association’s anthology—published annually since 2013 under the title *Sinabro*—settles into a corner of bookstores this year with its ninth "tree ring," I ask myself what the optimal compass should be. I intend to unfold these poems, imbued with the sensibility of our members, hidden deep within the protrusions of those sprouts emerging from behind the scars. With the participation of nine new poets compared to previous years, the total number of poets for *Sinabro 9* stands at 24, shining with the transparent colors of a diverse prism.
