Mindfulness Journal Author: Work & Play Contents Lab Publisher: BookSense I enjoy thinking alone in the quiet dawn past midnight. In that garden stands a single tree: the "Happiness Tree." This Happiness Tree grows under the care of me, its gardener. This book is a diary that provides the nutrients necessary to nurture the Happiness
“I wish I were a little happier than I am now!” Living within the same amount of time given to everyone, I wondered how much care I was actually taking for my own heart. I felt the need to comfort my own mind as I wrap up the day. I also wondered what the people around me might think. Thinking that I was neglecting myself while being overly conscious of what others thought, and that I was unwittingly missing the voice of my heart, I want to become the author of a diary and nurture a "happiness
If you are writing a diary for the first time, or if you feel disappointed that your entries are always just about where you went, who you met, and what you ate, I highly recommend this mindfulness journal! It seems like it will be an opportunity to get closer to my past self, present self, and future self by taking the time to reflect on aspects I hadn't considered before and organize those thoughts. I think it will help me gain a better understanding of myself. It would be hard to keep at it
My own book where I record myself through transcription while talking to myself and getting to know myself every day!! Title: Mindfulness Journal Author: Work and Play Contents Lab Publisher: BookSense I wanted to read this even more because it was described as a mindfulness journal that harvests small happiness. It wasn't just a book to read; I had to think about the questions and record my thoughts through transcription. What is a "Mindfulness Journal that Harvests Small Happiness"? Trees
How do you relieve stress? I usually tend to relieve it by eating. However, when I received this book as a gift, at first I thought... "This...? Is it really necessary...?" After all, I find writing extremely bothersome... and I lack persistence, haha. But since I received it, I lay face down on my bed before going to sleep and tried writing a page. Since it was only about one sentence, I wanted to write it well, so I tried to write neatly, and I felt something strange. Distracting thoughts
Through "365 Days of Mind Therapy That Changes My Life," I take time to reflect on myself by transcribing quotes that bring happiness and answering Q&A questions. As I wrote down the date, transcribed, and answered questions day by day, I found myself asking, "How much did I really know about myself?" I used to be satisfied with just living each day diligently, but I realized I had been running forward without looking at myself. My daily 5 minutes gradually increased to 10, then 20 minutes, as
A mindfulness journal—how is it that the very words I need most are right here? I am currently practicing mindfulness. What if I were to record the thoughts and emotions that arise moment by moment? I think looking back later on what emotions I felt that day or moment would become a cherished memory. When I actually tried writing, it didn't even take five minutes, but it was shocking to realize that I hadn't even tried to set aside those five minutes before. I already feel happy at the thought
The title "Mindfulness Journal" itself is heartwarming, but the content is even warmer and more touching! I plan to write in it consistently for a year without falling behind! I think it would make a great gift as well! Since Q&A diaries and essay books are trending these days, this book seems to fit that style too! Just like the keyhole on the cover, I hope this book becomes a key to my life!
It is really nice to have time to focus fully on myself by reading sentences about happiness, transcribing them, and answering questions to get to know myself, one page a day.
Work and Play Content Lab: Mindfulness Journal
A time for mindfulness to get to know yourself and meet the real you, making you happier. People have been feeling a deep sense of depression due to monotonous daily routines, lethargy at work, and the reality of being unable to go anywhere because of COVID-19. However, how many people have truly listened to the voice of their own hearts that have been struggling like this? The voice of our hearts, which we have dismissed as merely living the same days over and over again like everyone else. We can no longer just sit by and watch. We must realize that becoming happier and finding our own happiness should be our top priority. So, what should we do? It feels as though too many things will pour out from within us if we try to do something simply to find peace of mind. A book titled *5 Minutes a Day: A Mindfulness Journal to Become Happier Every Day* has been published to help you listen to this voice of your heart and soothe your soul. Did you frown at the mention of a journal? Perhaps it is because you recalled the journals teachers assigned as homework in school, and how you used to write a month's worth in a single day because you hated writing every day. However, this journal is a little different. It does not ask you to fill the blank pages of an empty notebook. This diary asks me questions and inquires about my thoughts. About things that no one has ever asked me before. Although they are questions, surprisingly, I can write them down effortlessly. While a diary is typically about recording what you did today, even trivial details, it would be more accurate to describe this diary as a question-and-answer format. This diary asks me things like this.
