In the East Asian culture, a levee means either a dam of earth, stones, trees, or a dam built to trap water and send it to the farmland. In modern sense, the levees are artificial causeways built along the usual waterlines to protect people, land and facilities from rising water levels, such as streams, appeals, and coastal areas. This means that the earthen banks are built on the shore of the stream in case of a flood. As a technical manual on the sewers, the writing motivation began in the importance of the low-level technology, as well as the need for the development of the waterline control departments and applications that could easily be found in universities and offices, which could easily have been filled with specialized books available at home. Just from the year '20, a major research project on the development of biopolymer, a new material, began to accumulate in the country and elsewhere, as a basis for research and development, has been voluntarily written by participants. In view of the multiple sciences and practical skills of the sewers, the river researchers and engineers and ground researchers have joined in, explaining the basics of the levees at various angles. The book was devoted to academic and technical connection, while at the same time emphasizing practicality as a science-based science teacher. In particular, the traditional levees tried to make the subject fit into the book as a whole, in order to increase the environmental value of the new habitat, which was the neglected levey.
