Wojtec Hotzko-Zaiko et al.: Improvement of cognitive function and brain plasticity
Elevation of cognitive function and brain plasticity are among the most important issues in the academic world. The global split-up has been causing much anxiety as it enters a very advanced society. In this sense, the discussion of cognitive improvements and brain plasticity is a very appropriate subject of poetry. Experts in the field are saying that our country is entering a super-old society within 10 years. The book deals with a wide range of fields, from the theory of why aging is a decline in cognitive function to the effects of exercise on aging, or the difference between cognitive aging in the type of work or leisure activity. Studies show that people who engage in sports or in leisure work require a job that requires cognitive workers are either not coming or coming late. In this regard, it is thought that the book will help prevent cognitive aging. It's a reference book that can be very useful for people who study and serve in the field of aging. The first chapter briefly explains three kinds of theories about cognitive aging based on behavioral studies. Chapters two and four discuss how cognitive training, cognitively involved activities, or involvement in leisure activities, and exercise, can affect whether or not they are older than middle age, or how they are maintained or promoted. From five to eight chapters, special mediation programs deal with the impact of human and animal tasks, cognitive functions, brain functions, and so on.
