Werner Meihofer: Democracy and Socialism

After first refuting criticism of the law and its ‘sacreology,’ Majofer interprets human views and legal ideas in the work of young Marx and Poirbach as combining law with his ‘lawistism’ to invent a fundamental order for living as a human being. And this scheme is a combination of democracy and active socialism, which actively shape human order. That is, democracy was meant to be a way of identifying with young Marx the idea that socialism and socialism are inevitable preeminences of democracy. (“The Bible’s Viewpoint.”). And in this project, the book is closed, revealing specifically what freedom of speech means.
