The future of the book is debated over the years, from the Forgos, where publishing books will soon be replaced with electronic books, to the share of electronic books in the current publishing market. Prophets are arguing when the electronic market will get into a state of saturation. Some think that 10% of the total publishing sales could be reached as the maximum electronic book market, or as far as 25 percent or even 23. That's something no one knows. But the simple fact that ebooks are new media is clear to us that they make us accept the newness as a promise to the future. When and how can electronic books solve many of the problems they have? When can we get more access than printed books, and use them cheaper and more conveniently, and combine with other media on the Internet to promise a very new reading experience? At this point, economic calculations that want to save money from electronic books are converted into the fantasy Utopian view that they want to improve the world. It's so tempting that cultural and political activists are already trying to promote many things related to the digital future, foreseeing the future. At the same time, they are trying to keep the facilities that have been proud of as the source of cultural memory in the center of books from having to be prepared for the future. As libraries are opened across the country to media, communications centers and information centers, they reduce book shares and the collection centers of librarians also withdraw books and library history from programs. But what if the planned progress is a retreat?
