The content is good. However, instead of progressing in a clear sequence, it feels jumbled overall. Rather than feeling like I'm reading well-organized material, it's more like the author is putting down one thought at a time. The specific examples for each topic were good, but the information lacks continuity, which made it somewhat difficult to stay focused.
Excellent. I'm a designer interested in service planning, and I highly recommend this as an introductory book! It's based on examples, so everything is easy to understand, and the checklists are really useful. Even if you're not a designer, it seems like required reading for PMs and POs. The secrets to creating products that win customers over are all in this one book. Highly recommended!
A practical management and service-management book, almost like a textbook, presenting core principles and practical examples of service planning, product development, and user experience (UX) research through representative cases so readers can apply them in practice.

Travis Laudermilk et al.: Service Planning Skills
The first complete guide to the service-planning process published in Korea. It helps readers develop services, products, and user experiences systematically with the customer at the center. Rather than presenting isolated theories about product development like other books, it guides readers through a step-by-step planning process that combines the proven effectiveness of lean methods with design thinking. The abstract process of forming and testing hypotheses and developing concepts and user experiences will feel much more concrete and actionable. Veteran planners with PhDs in UX and extensive experience at Microsoft generously share their expertise and practical experience, so readers can simply follow the guidance step by step. Since business success depends on product development practice and strategy, the authors' credibility is a decisive strength of this book. Startups in particular use a variety of product development strategies, yet planners and product managers still struggle to turn those principles into meaningful action. This is exactly when this practical guide is needed. It will help readers understand customers, identify problems, develop new ideas into concepts, and quickly create fantastic products that customers will truly love.
