As the fourth Industrial Revolution era comes, demands for more human beings, including social and employment, are becoming more and more important. There has been a long discussion of whether human education should be highlighted in home or primary or high school education, and it's been held since 2008, for nearly 15 years, in the course of human education in college. Human education is a lifelong thing. Eventually, we have concluded that human education requires a life cycle of work near self-introspection and a character that meets the demands of the age. To develop the kind of teaching that was intermingled with the humanities, the peoples and the people who were sought by the university, and the college curriculum, we conducted a basic project on ‘the character of the employee in business,’ doing good work on human education, reinterpreting our university's technical ideology and the public-scientistics in the age of the day. The authors divided the subject into two categories to convey its content effectively and to make it a real experience, making it ‘funding knowledge’ and ‘actual programming.’. And this was done in a textbook that was conducted for 15 years and 15 years. In the process, we have been through a constantly changing process of correction and supplemental relocation through student and professor's interdisciplinary sessions to review the content of the program, its difficulties in progress, its problems and the need to be more focused.
