It is time to have a new vision of urban life, which is the pursuit of an essential link to the ocean world and recognizing the ethical obligation required to push it forward. Blue Avanism, which represents a city protecting the oceans for the future and a civil approach, is to live in the entire context of the blue sea and nature itself, beyond the most original green policy that contains high efficiency and a complex potential. It is an expression of the deep-induced desire to live, feel and experience with other creatures, and re-embracing our role as global urban beings, new ocean sensitivity that individuals and cities are now making in their own progressive form.
